Shipping and Returns
All Bean Baby products are made-to-order, meaning that products are dispatched up to 14 days after purchase.
Please be patient, we are only little.
We provide first class postage (untracked and unsigned) within the UK. We will always provide proof of postage upon request but we're not responsible for your parcel after postage. Postage is calculated by weight but most orders will be within the £4 bracket.
We ship (almost) everywhere. Postage costs vary by location and the weight of your order. We always post tracked when shipping internationally and you will receive a tracking code once your item has been dispatched. We are not responsible for your parcel after postage or any customs charges.
You are entitled to a refund up to 14 days after receiving your Bean Baby goods. Starting from the day that you place your refund request, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to the us. We do not cover the cost of postage for return shipping but do require a proof of postage for any items being returned. Once the item is received we will refund your purchase in full.
We do not support exchanges and you are responsible for communicating any specific sizing requests, using the notes at checkout.
We accept refund requests if the product isn’t what you expected. (This includes colour, fabric or sizing)
We will not provide refunds for items damaged while in your possession.
